Bexhill hosted Faiths in Sussex’s Autumn Interfaith event drawing together members of Interfaith Groups from all over Sussex. Seven speakers addressed the topic, Exploring Forgiveness, ranging from Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Shakil Malik’s insightful professional analysis to Sikh, Christian, Hindu, Moslem and Jewish perspectives drawing on personal experience informed by faith.

A beautiful collaboration between the Interfaith Forum, Hastings Intercultural Organization and Hastings Borough Council enabled us all to enjoy a winter festival rooted in celebrating the ever increasing variety of cultures and faiths represented in our community.

Hastings Youth Awards and Hastings Got Culture 2013

Sussex Coast College provided a wonderful venue for this year's Hastings Youth Awards and Hastings Got Culture, which interspersed awards for 20 local youth and community organisations and 30 individual awardees nominated by their groups, with exciting performances from song and dance to gymnastics and drama.
